We accept returns, on full-priced items or items with discounts of up to 25% off (including discount codes), within 21 postmarked calendar days delivered to our warehouse from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. All items are returnable only for a Online Store Credit. The cost of the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. 
When I will receive my Online Store Credit》Online Store Credit will be issued in a form of a Sagalu Gift Card. The Gift Card code will be sent in 1 to 3 business days, once we have received the returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage by the client. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, smoke/perfume odor or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. If your return do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you, at your own expense.
